Description
Ticketsms is a digital ticketing platform designed to enhance experiences for both end-users (B2C) and industry professionals (B2B). The main challenge was designing a digital product that catered to both B2C and B2B audiences.
As an Art Director and UX Designer, I led a multidisciplinary team – as illustrator, copywriters, junor designers, developers – to design a website that reflects the company’s dual identity. I conducted target audience research, crafted wireframes, and developed a responsive UI while maintaining a young, modern, and smart tone. Working closely with developers, I ensured the design was implemented accurately, delivering a user-friendly platform aligned with the brand’s vision.
